User's sole risk without warranties of
any kind, whether express or implied.

agents, affiliates, consultants make no
warranties of any kind, whether expressed
or implied, for the service it is providing

accuracy, reliability or content of any
information, service, or merchandise provided

not represent or warrant maintaining the

- Telugugifts will not be responsible
for any damage suffered by users from

non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or
service interruptions as may occur because

communication line failure, theft or destruction

- Telugugifts's Vendor Merchant Partners
will take "Full Responsibility" of your
Order, if the Order has been shipped to
the major cities, where they have used
"Private Courier Companies" (eg. Blue
Dart, First Flight, AFL, DTDC, DHL etc.)
to ship your order. Thus Telugugifts request
you (the User) to make sure before placing
their order for Interior Locations / Country
Side / Rural Area Addresses are serviced
properly by Indian Postal Service and
if not, then we insist that they should
not place their orders for such locations
to avoid dissatisfaction.
- All products are checked, screened and
assured by the vendors to ensure that
the products are of the standard, quality,
design, composition, style or model that
they are representative of. Telugugiftsis
neither responsible nor liable in any
way or manner for this.
Products
Niastrogemsindia.com always tries to deliver
the exact product ordered by the customer.
If a product is unavailable, a similar
product, nearest to the description of
that ordered, will be delivered. If a
product is unavailable readily, the customer
will be informed about this through e-mail.
If there is no response from the customer,
we go ahead and deliver a product that
comes closest to that ordered.
Availability
If the ordered product is out of stock
and Niastrogemsindia.com is unable to deliver
the product, a complete refund will be
made to the customer. We shall not be
liable for any other charges, loss of
profits, emotional stress or any other
liability etc caused due to the non- delivery
and non- availability.
Other Terms And Condition
- We do not EXCHANGE gift certificates
after shipping.
- We do not CHANGE or CANCEL AN ORDER
after shipping.
- On 31st DEC & 1st JAN Normal Cakes
will be delivered
- We do not replace LOST or STOLEN gift
certificates / Party Vouchers once received
by the recipient. Extension of such Certificates
& Vouchers is not possible
- We are not responsible for delivery
to the wrong address if that is the address
given to us by the customer.
- We are not responsible for late deliveries
incase the recipient is not at home.
- We do not guarantee freshness of the
goods delivered if the recipient is not
at home at the time of delivery.
- In an effort to provide our customers
with the most current information, Niastrogemsindia.com
from time to time will make changes in
the contents and in the products or services
described on this Site.
- The prices advertised on this Site are
for Internet orders.
- Prices and the availability of items
are subject to change without notice.
- Any prices used on this Site may not
be indicative of the actual selling prices
in your area.
